The selection process
If your profile is convincing, we will invite you to an interview or one of our recruitment days.
In both procedures, you will have the opportunity to gain further insights into zeb/ and meet people who work at zeb/. In the interviews, we want to find out together with you, if you — with your professional profile and personality — and zeb/ match. We want to learn more about your recent experiences and discuss your plans and goals. In addition, we will ask you to work on case studies and develop suitable solutions for the issues described in a dialogue with us.
The decision
After the interviews, you will receive timely feedback from us — during the recruitment days, even on the same day.
If both you and we decide that we would like to work together, we will send you a written offer by mail.
